Our Origin
Winking Owl is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform created in Madrid, Spain, by the technology company Wyred. It specializes in customer experience (CX) automation, using artificial intelligence to simulate user behavior and audit omnichannel processes and voice flows.
How it Started
It was born as part of the innovation and digital marketing solutions developed by Wyred agency to help companies manage multichannel customer service and marketing strategies proactively.
Technology & Purpose
It originated from the need for companies to anticipate technical failures and user problems. Instead of waiting for a customer to complain, the software was designed to execute the same actions a real customer would do —whether browsing the web or interacting with a voice system (IVR)— detecting anomalies and issuing proactive alerts.
Expansion
Today, the software has gone international and is marketed in the cloud through platforms like the global enterprise ecosystem.
