At the heart of Winking Owl, you will find the reports section, an essential tool to evaluate and improve your Customer Journeys. With Winking Owl reports, you can access detailed reports for each execution of your routes. You will be able to discover if your steps went smoothly or if there were errors in the process.
Imagine that you have created several routes to check if your website has any errors when a client visits it. Once the virtual users have executed your routes created according to your planning, it is time to go to the reports section, located in the left column.
Once inside we will be presented with a graph indicating all the routes that we have created according to the date that we have marked above in the filter. We can also search for a special route by writing the title we have given it.
Once we have selected the route or routes that interest us, the graph will indicate how many routes we have created, which have been executed without errors and which have shown an error during the steps carried out by the virtual user.
To find out, for example, how the error occurred in our route, just click on the red bar, which indicates when an error occurs. By doing so, a series of rows will open below with information about our route, the steps that the virtual user has taken according to the configuration we gave him, and most importantly, the type of error that he detected when he executed the route command. . This will allow you to take immediate measures to resolve the problem detected and thus maintain customer satisfaction. In addition, Winking Owl offers you the option of downloading as a video all the steps that the user has taken within your website so that you can see first-hand the virtual interactions carried out and visualize the error for yourself in the in case any occur.
